Project Description
Batumi, a costal city in the Republic of Georgia, has an expanding hotel market. The Le Meridien Batumi Tower project, consists of hotel and residential components. Batumi is a popular summer destination, and is well known for its casinos. In defining the space allocation we focused on addressing the needs of the in house and residential guest. It was agreed to section that spa into spaces for adults only and separate family family friendly areas.
Spa Strategy provided conceptual space planning. This helped to expedite the design process.
