Jumeirah appointed Spa Strategy to support them with the development of an in-house proprietary spa brand for their new lifestyle hotel brand – Venu. Spa Strategy had previously worked with Jumeirah to develop their principle in-house spa brand – Talise Spa. Our scope include brand positioning, concept, and supporting documents to role out the new brand. Unfortunately, due to economic conditions Jumeirah did not launch the Venu hotel brand.
