Batumi is a costal city in Georgia with an expanding hotel market. Le Meridien Batumi Tower project consists of hotel and residential components. Batumi is a popular summer destination, with variable occupancy. Space allocation in the spa foot print focused on addressing the needs of the adult hotel guest as well as families. Spa Strategy also provided conceptual space planning.
