Sheraton Batumi, Batumi, Republic of Georgia. Spa Strategy was brought in 4-weeks prior to opening to arrange all aspects of pre-opening for the spa, fitness and pool facilities. We provided onsite support during this period and for subsequent follow up training sessions. The spa successfully opened with the hotel in the tight timeframe given.
